Shipping policy
We currently ship worldwide using a global network of print partners. We're currently working on enabling shipping to the United Kingdom due to post-Brexit tax regulations.
Processing and Production Times
Each item on our store is made to order and production times can take between 2-5 business days before being shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it has been dispatched, please contact us within 24 hours of making the purchase. If your order hasn't yet been processed, you can cancel it free of charge. Cancellations made later than 24 hours of the time of purchase are not possible.
Shipping Times (after production):
Delivery time estimates and prices are available during checkout, once you enter your shipping address. Please note that these are only estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Orders that have not arrived within 30 days of purchase can be reported as missing and are eligible for a refund or replacement. In such cases please send us an email on info@kappaclo.com for assistance.
Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. If your order seems stuck or hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us.
*International Orders:
Please note that depending on where you reside and your country's laws and regulations, your country may charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.
