Refund and return policy
Every KappaClo product is made to order and can only be replaced or refunded in one of the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged or misprinted;
- You received the wrong product or the item is significantly different than its representation and description on the website;
Returns and exchanges for any other reason, including requesting a replacement in a different size, are not accepted.
If any of the above apply, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with the following information:
- Your order number
- Clear photo or video evidence of the issue
- A short description of the issue
We’ll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. Depending on the case, we may offer you a full or partial refund, a free replacement or a discount code for future purchases.
You can also request a refund or replacement if your order was lost in transit or couldn't be delivered due to an error made by KappaClo. In such cases, please contact us via email within 30-60 days of the purchase date.
All refund and replacement decisions are made at our sole discretion.

IMPORTANT
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
